"She has taken her bright candle into another room
I cannot find, but anyone can tell where she has been by all
the little lights she left behind."

In Memory of Shelia Conway
The members of the VFRW Chapter are deeply saddened
by the loss of their dear sister, Sheila Conway, who was tragically
killed in a car accident on Wednesday evening, November 12, 2003.
Sheila was a big, bright light in our chapter; a helpful mentor
to all, a caring friend and a warm and generous soul who brought
life and laughter to our group and to all who knew her. She loved
our group and her writing so much, and gave generously of her time
to critique and edit other's work, even as she herself was on the
verge of being published. Her sense of humor, her vitality and her
ageless presence enlivened all our lives, and there is a aching
void in all of us today as we struggle to adjust to the fact that
she is no longer with us.
She was a special, special person and she will be truly missed.
In lieu of flowers, Sheila's family requests that donations be
made to the Sheila Conway Memorial Fund, a fund to assist financially
strapped writers.
